I spent the first 30 years of my life overachieving and overworking, wrestling with the feeling that I didn’t quite belong. As a small town, mixed-race girl from a blue-collar family. As a public school kid at Harvard. As a woman in tech. As a creative leader in a technical field.
Yes, overachieving allowed me to reach my goals, and often quickly. But it also left me all-too-familiar with burnout, stress, anxiety, and disillusionment. It just wasn’t sustainable, and it didn’t leave room for what mattered most. Coaching gave me permission to change everything and begin a new chapter of healing.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours coaching creatives and recovering overachievers. My approach combines compassionate coaching with design thinking to support you on your own path of healing and coming home to yourself.
